Effect: 10 circles are created under neath eatch enemy,(or if its just one foe then forms one crater-like circle) appears then the entire circle glows light blue and lightning as big as the circle comes down from the sky and comes upward from the cicle beneath them and blasts the enemy causing some serious damage( like deep gashes and possibly broken muscles and bones),but doesn't kill the enemy (unless they already have deep gashes).
Duration/CD: as soon as the attack is preformed it takes 4 posts to recharge for reuse.
