All you have seen in the show and manga Naruto are made up characters... a made up storyline and a bunch of made-up conflicts. None of that actually happened... you think that I am crazy for telling you this... however, you yourself are not so wise to believe that story is really how it happened. In fact... that story had almost nothing to do with the World of ninjas. It is a sad thing...
So to wisen you up about what has really happened... let us start from the beginning.
A land... so tranquil and pure... the people who had any worries about anything had become scholars that studied mystical arts. With what they learned they developed a way to fight called a Jutsu... however, for a while people had no idea what use it would have... until a single evil soul was brave enough to steal the scrolls of the study of war. A person from the Land of Grass stole the scrolls to try to take over the world. However... scholars had memorised all of the studies they used and pushed back this threat for a time.
Suddenly they noticed a new jutsu being used... and the world was put under the control of the man from the Land of Grass. The 4 scholars spead out to different parts of the continent. Each of them taking an element of their choice to learn and master to fight the man who stole but a scroll and learned ow to make new jutsu. Slowly villages of people were made... these people assumed the identity of "ninjas" and managed to learn what they could from these men. Suddenly... skilled ninjas rose up to defend and lead the villages, they were known as the Kages. These were the first kages. All we know now is that they succeeded in getting rid of the threat. But that threat continued to live on in a place called the Sound Village.
It is now time for the second generation of ninjas to save the world from the inevitable threat of the Sound Village.
