Personality: Mizumi is a very kind person, but gets destracted very easily. He loves to eat noodles and anything that is spicy. He is the lieutenant for squad 11. Mizumi has an older sister, Izumi who is the captain of squad 11, and because of that, he has his own way of getting away with things, or sneak his way passed things. For example, everyone knows him because everyone knows Izumi, and whenever he gets in trouble with the squad captains, or the Stealth Force, Izumi Gets him out of the trouble. Mizumi and Izumi are very close.
Physical Appearence: Mizumi looks like his sister. He has light blonde hair, but his hair is a little darker than Izumi's. Mizumi has light brown eyes. Almost a caremel color. Mizumi gets his eye color from their dad, Kuroi Tsuki, and Izumi gets her eye color from their mom, Sakura. Mizumi looks about 15 years old and is thin like his sister.

Clothing: Mizumi likes to wear his shinigami uniform. It makes him feel like he has a duty. When he goes to school, Mizumi has to wear school clothes. He loves to wear jeans (as seen in the picture above).
Traits: Mizumi has the power to shape-shift just like his sister. They get that certain power from their mother. Also, like any other Soul Reaper, Mizumi has the power to use flash step. Flash step is a very hard to master power; he was able to master it at such a young age. Also Mizumi has the power to make clones of himself ranging from numbers of 1 to 1000. Mizumi's combination of shape shifting and making clones is a very effective way to confuse and kill the enemy
History: Mizumi doesn't have much friends of his own, most friends are his sisters friends. But he likes them anyway. He met Kiniko because Izumi always is with her unless she is doing homework or something.
